Can I pay in installments?
Yes certainly! There is the option to pay in 3 monthly installments for no extra cost and no interest with PayPal pay in 3. This option is listed when you make your payment. Paypal decides if you're eligible, not me.

Who is eligible to join?
This course is ONLY open to qualified counsellors. It's aimed at counsellors trained/based in the UK in private practice.

How much time do I need to allow?​​​
Allow 3 to 4 hrs (approx) per module​
Total: 20 to 25 hrs (approx)
​

This self-paced course is designed to complete one module each week (for 6 weeks) which unlocks access to the next module as you proceed through the course. This helps pace your learning with manageable bite-sized chunks helping you stay on track.
​
It is also recommended to allow 2 to 3 hours per month to make the most of the additional support in the ECA membership. This is optional and most sessions are recorded. More info HERE.

Is there any support whist I study?
Yes. As soon an you enrol you get to join us as an ECA member. As a student of this course you get 4 months membership access (included in the course fee). More info HERE. Our professional membership gives you support throughout your studies as well as a peer network, an opportunity to practice and get feedback on your therapeutic writing and the option to join our specialist group supervsion for email counsellors.

Why ECA?
It's common for traditional online counselling training to focus heavily on offering client video sessions. This often leaves text based email therapy as just a short add on.
​
I've met so many counsellors who've done these traditional courses and left feeling ill equiped with very little confidence to offer their clients email sessions.
​
I set up Email Counselling Academy (ECA) to offer a go to place for fellow counsellors to learn and practice specialist skills in email counselling.
