Data I hold about you and what I use it for
I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) as the Data Controller listed under the name Chloe Foster (Registration Number: ZA314171).
Your personal details that I collect are listed in the enrollment form you complete when you sign up for and pay tp join our courses and membership. These details are collected so I can contact you to offer motivational emails to help you stay on track studying and completing your course. I also collect answers to the quiz and feedback sections of your course as well as being able to see the progress you have made on your self-paced course, this data is all connected to your name. I also record some live sessions for courses and membership sessions and hold the data you choose to share in these (when you speak or write in the chat) as well as an attendance list for my records. Not all sessions are recorded, you will be notified in advance of which ones are planned to be recorded.

In addition I collect information about you when you communicate prior to enrolling on our courses or joining our membership. This includes any communication you send to me through a contact form on my website, through email, text, phone call, social media messaging, social media posting or any other communication that you send.
I process this data for the purposes of communicating with you, for record keeping and for the establishment, pursuance or defence of legal claims. The lawful ground for this processing is to reply to communications sent to me, to keep records and to establish, pursue or defend legal claims.

How I store your data
The data collected mentioned above is stored securely on my password protected work computer and in my secure email account. Your personal details are kept for up to 7 years (after your last contact with me), after which they will be securely destroyed.
